We are a Western Australia-based charity dedicated to providing safe spaces for children aged 6–14 travelling to and from school. Our network of community volunteers opens their homes or businesses as 'Safety Houses' to ensure that every child has a safe place when needed.
To recruit, support, and train volunteers who offer safe, welcoming environments for children. We work closely with schools, community groups, and families to build a secure network of trust across neighborhoods.
To create a community where children feel safe, supported, and confident to travel independently through their local area.
Join us as a volunteer, partner, or supporter. You can make a real difference in a child's safety and confidence. Become a Safety House today!
Upcoming Training Session: Saturday, August 17, 2025 – Fremantle Public Library. Register now!
Recent Recognition: Our program was featured in the WA Community Bulletin for excellence in child protection outreach.
We are a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Our financial and annual reports are publicly available and demonstrate our commitment to transparency and community service.
